Introduced our new brand for the multifamily division LSR Multifamily in 2013.
Received the 2013 Peak Advantage Award from Johns Manville for outstanding installation volume.
Launched new commercial roofing division- LSR Commercial in 2013.
Recognized in 2012 as the first Tamko Pro-Certified Contractor in the state of Texas.
In 2012, Lone Star expanded our operations facility to include a full Sheet Metal Fabrication division.
We are active members of numerable apartment associations throughout Texas and support the National Roofing Contractors Association within the North Texas chapter as well as the rest of the nation.
We value our relationship with the National Apartment Association and have sponsored hundreds of special events to promote the multifamily industry since our beginnings in 1992. Our pledge is to continue to support our clients and the industries they represent.
We have been given opportunities to return some of our many blessings to the communities in which we live and to other parts of the world. Among those opportunities:
- We have donated both materials and labor to re-roof at least one house per year for Great Days of Service since 2001.? We also provided materials and labor for numerous construction projects each year.
- We volunteered labor to Habitat for Humanity for the construction of the first all women built home in Plano, Texas.
- Supplied materials and labor for the first Habitat for Humanity home built in Van Alstyne, Texas.
- Weve been involved extensively in mission efforts sending 22 missionaries to Honduras as well as provisions for both medical and housing needs for hundreds of families and children living in El Progresso, Honduras.
